Bartronics Global Solutions — salary not paid

I worked for bartronics for 6 months from aug 2017 to january 2018,
They did not pay me the salary for the month january 2018. When i call them no one responding, some one picking the phone and telling i am not the responsible person. Now a days reception people not connecting the phone to finance team, always they are telling that they are out of office. Frequently they are changing their address as well.
