I, basavi mukerji (Female, aged 60) was in seat no 13f of flight no 6e 921yesterday, october 10, '19 but unfortunately forgot my iphone7 along with boarding pass kept in the flap behind the seat ahead. It was luckily reported by the next occupant of the same seat, mr sathish babu traveling to chennai and handed over to your ground staff, one mr rohan whom i also spoke to over phone.. It has been decided that my mobile be handed over to me at kolkata airport by 10.15am or so, of course with my proper identification documents. I'm told that another ground staff of yours named arvind will handover my iphone today, i. E. Oct 11, 2019. Therefore, i authorise both mr arvind as well as mr rohan to hand me over the said mobile phone please.
A payment receipt of rs 800/- for upgrading my seat on the said flight, pnr hpyghb, departure port delhi, receipt no 2302212 is there with me as proof of my claim. Your cooperation in the matter is highly solicited.
