Bass Rockerz — Wrong Product from BASS ROCKERZ

This message is regarding my order of Bose wireless AirPods bearing order number-103420 which I had ordered on 12th August, 2020 from BASS ROCKERZ Website.

Yesterday i.e. 17th August, 2020 I have received that order and payment for the same was made but, I would like to inform you that the product received by me yesterday is not the product which i had ordered based on the description displayed on their website.A Wrong Product has been delivered to me. The product delivered to me is totally different & not as per the description shown on your website.

So for the above reason I want to return the product and get a refund for the same.

I have also return mail to them as regards the same but no confirmation or reply from their end.

I seek your help for the same. Please let me know how i can return the product and what are the procedures for the same & how can i get my money back.
