We have gone for a purchase in trends store in mint mall sulthan bathery, wayanad. We have purchased around 5000 rs and they have given us 5 coupons and for one coupon that have told that 1st january is the last date and definitely you should come. So the staff was behaving very nicely toward us so again on 1st january we went for purchase and we gave the coupon at that time they are telling it is not applicable for our purchase only for kids and we have told the staff told like that so we came like that but the lady staff who was under the billing section misbehaved towards us and make fun o[censored]s. We are not telling this as a complaint but as our sadness that we have faced infront of that many customers they have misbehaved towards us. Already we have complained to the manager. One more thing i have to mention is that why to give this coupon they have given us rs 2000 coupon and 1000rs off if we purchase for 2000 that too full of kids coupons. This is not the way to approach customers. We have given back the coupon to them itself and dropped every purchasing with your company.
