[Resolved]  Baxter India — Defective Peritoneal Dialysis Bags

Hi, This is complaint regarding defective dialysis bag being manufactured by Baxter India. Despite been taken the issue many times with instructors and trainer the issue of damaged bags being sent by the company to users, it seems nothing has been done. With 2-3 months this is the third time a damaged kit has been dispatched. The quality assurance of the baxter is at lowest (picture enclosed). Its a very complicated and sensitive process especially because of Medical complexities involved. I want baxter should be responsible if there is any problem concerning to health.
