Where to begin...
The delivered box was undamaged, having been ordered directly from Baybee. Upon unboxing, I noticed loose bolts in the box. The bottom portion is unstable, and the pull-out lever makes a disturbing noise while driving. The seat is also unstable in the reverse position.
I've been trying to contact BayBee's customer service for over a week now. While they initially seemed helpful, they started avoiding my phone calls. Eventually, I had to use another number to reach them. Here's what I've found, aside from their poor quality control: they lack a physical store for returns or repairs, and they don't offer replacements. They did propose sending the necessary nuts and bolts for me to fix myself or have a local technician address it. But the problem is, where do I even find a technician who repairs baby seats nearby?
Therefore, I urge everyone to avoid buying such products online. Opt for a physical store where you can perform a quality check before purchasing. After all, your infant's safety is paramount.
