One of the executives from BBDaily visits my flat in our Apartment Complex and nicely persuades me to sign up for BBDaily app and recharge specific amount to get milk packets free for some days.
The executive himself did not posses relevant information and so, did not clearly explain about the offer applicable and how to avail it properly also said a temperature bag will be free once subscribe for 2000 recharge done.
So, I downloaded the BBdaily app and recharged Rs.2000 and subscription coupon (9Milk) was used and delivery scheduled for 1st Jan 2020 was done and as usual as per subscription got 4 packets milk and I was happy that one milk packet amount was free out of the scheduled delivery as initially promised.
Later on as per my wants, I modified my subscription so, instead of 4 milk packs daily to 1 packet the next day temporarily but was charged for the single packet which also should have been free instead and so on and offer was not given accordingly.
Today on 5th Jan as per yesterday permanent modified schedule, I had ordered 4 packs of milk and BBdaily charged the whole amount of 4 packs and no discount was given.
Hence, due to same type of previous few days observations got me irritated and I mistakely cancelled the subscription, but however tried to reach BBdaily chat support in afternoon and the chat executive said there was error in server today and due to which the free offer was not provided and not reflecting in the app and so, refunded one milk packet amount to my app wallet.
Then I asked the chat executive to add back my subscription which I had cancelled it mistakenly to which she said it is not possible to add back once cancelled.
My question now is that if mistakes can happen from your (BBDaily) side for not providing discount as promised due to technical server glitch or whatsoever then, why not add the subscription back when one customer has cancelled the subscription mistakenly ???
The FREE Temperature bag from BBdaily is also discontinued from April 2020 as informed by Chat support so, why did the field executive initially provide false information and lured me to recharge 2000 bucks to the wallet??? NOT ACCEPTABLE??
This is not fair and looks like fraudulence !!! BBDaily does not seem to be doing justice anyway with Customers.
