Hi every one, BBG india is very trust worthy company..I recently purchased open plots through bbg. Their projects are satisfactory to me. The documentation and everything is very safe..Till now i haven't face any issues with that company

Its 2nd one or more. which happened to me.. when we buy a plot you do things till we pay and now after 4 months.. Customer has to call you guys about registartion. You don't give proper update to customer.
Why on earth customer who paid money has to call at check status and even you dont give proper status. People don't pickup calls or return call them.

There r many projects which r completed and many happy customers too. My plot registration was done day before yesterday. Please don't mislead others, instead to control your frustration do meditation.

It is not trustworthy. It was one of the worst company which I heard. They appointed the employees to cheat the people. They encourage the employees by attractive commission and gifts with one condition i.e., "resale is their own responsibility". After reaching the company targets, they dismiss them. After sometime (Years) people who purchased will be in dilemma because that person will not be available. Taking this an advantage now company will offer the price for your project that you not even imagine. It will be either same or less than the price at the time of buying.

yes its true 100% BBG India is waste real estate company, They cheat CUSTOMERs and associates as well and always say lie with kind of developments coming in future, dont trust BBG India fooolish company and many ### are trying to fool the CUSTOMERs.

I have bought two plots till now and has got good appraisal with all developments Maintanence done perfectly...
Registration also done immediately and documents delivered in 40days
Which is a regular procedure and also we can get approval copies prior booking so please don’t believe in rumours... some have faced with associate issues so you have to select a perfect associate with service...

I purchased the plot in BBG and representative talk so nicely until I purchase the plot and they told so many stories to fulfil their monthly commission and targets. After I paid full payment they didn't submit my documents at registration office and they are telling stories to drag as much as possible and till now I didn't get documents.
Negative things: 1) Cost is more compare to other ventures.
2)Venture development will not complete.
3)No response for calls and messages.
4)Hassle until to get the registration documents.
5)Poor connectivity to venture.

Please note BBG is fraud company and they would not do registration until you pay money and after paying they would do registration after 40 days and extract extra money by say some charges or maintenance
