Bcece — bcece and upsee exam date clashes

Upsee and bcece 2018 exam date clashed... Please oppose and postpone bcece. Because students have already applied for upsee and there we get only 15% seats of the total seats. Here bihar students having home state quota are in dilemma whether to fill bcece or not. Because u. P. Colleges are providing better placement than that of bihar. Hi sir,

I have registered in BCECE 2nd counselling phase but they have not made my name available in the list which was just released also I tried to call them on number provided over site but no one answering there .could you please look into this and suggest me .
