BCPL — Debit Amount for Booking Not Processed and Refund Not Received

I am writing to report an issue with a recent transaction made on [Date: 16-Apr-2023] for booking Bharat Gas. The transaction reference/ID is UPI/DR/[protected]/BPCL BIL/HDFC/bpcl.billd/BPCL, and the amount is [₹1, 140.50]. However, the transaction was unsuccessful, and the debited amount has not been refunded to my account yet. This transaction was specifically made for gas booking with Bharat Gas.
