Hai I got a call from BDS Aero service for the post of CSA(airlines) and Arpitha one lady took me an interview through telephone after the interview I got a mail like this, You have shortlisted for this position and they tell me to submit documents and 1100Rs as a documentation fee. After reading some complaints I don't know this is a genuine job or not. I still didn't pay documentation fee. So if it's genuine please show some proof or some placed candidates number, and I will clarify through that, after that I will complete all formalities.

BDS Aero services is a good company, i got my placement at IGI Airport from their institute, I dont understand why people are blaming a company on basis of others review.
What I see common in all the complaints is that only people who have got call from the company have made a quires complaint just to verify if the company is real or not but by doing this other people are getting mislead.
As per me Bds is a very good company because it gives placement, which is very important thing for candidates.
I had also been cheated by other companies but BDS is a different.
so I would request all candidates to first talk to the company before making such review because most of the complaints are getting resolved, and if the company is trying to resolve the complaints then its better to contact the company before making a complaint.
