As a customer I have been doing business with this salon situated in Ajoynagar, Kolkata for 10 yrs now. The situation that occurred is that I along with my husband and daughter went for a haircut. The receptionists Shoyeta after confirmation said that it will take 20 mins and we will have to wait. After 30 mins when we asked she asked us to wait fr 45 mins. After 45 mins, Shrabani the other receptionist said the guys are on breaks and will take time. When we confronted, the receptionists started yelling and said they cannot accommodate our request. After enough arguing, they accommodated my daughter’s haircut who is 6 years old. They washed her hair and kept her waiting with hair wet for 20 mins. When I asked, Shrabani said for haircut they need it wet although they should know that we have been doing haircut for 10 years, Later someone came and told me that they went fr a towel to dry which took them 15 mins in a renowned salon. Finally they were rude and did not do my husband’s haircut after waiting fr 2 hrs. Not even once they apologised, instead they kept the bill prepared to let us go. Sorry to say, I have seen this salon building up and very soon they will lose it. Most of their old people left and they are just content in being so rude to customers. Very very disappointing!!!
