Hi, I requested Be10x customer support to de-register from the AI career accelerator course as I did not find the content up to the mark. I made the de-register request before the date of 1st installment of INR 2912 on October 3, 2026 itself. They agreed to the request and said I would be de-registered as per my request and refund would be issues within 24 hours and I would receive a confirmation over email and phone. But no communication from their side. When I contacted again on their customer support number, they had no explanation on the delay in processing my refund request. And denied the refund request and stopped taking my calls. This is a clear case of customer harassment and looting the hard earned money.
Please acknowledge and issue a full refund immediately.
