I had ordered a combo of wireless JBL headphones and earbuds worth ₹1599 but the one I have received is horrible. Its not even wireless and has a very poor quality and there are no earbuds. The product is absolutely fake. I want to contact hese people and get my money back. If anybody knows how to contact them please tell me as well. The money I had saved until now has been wasted. How can such a fraud company be working as if its nothing? Are the supervisers not aware that they are running a fraud business? They need to be caught for such horrible act. If anybody knows anything about them please tell me because ₹1599 is a lot for me.
