Beautifulsaree.com — saree material quality and color

I received an ordered saree from the site and got a saree with the worst material and the color of the saree i opted was not the one which i got. Moreover, when i asked for a return, they asked me to courier it back which brings me more loss. And when i asked them to send their delivery person for returning the saree, there were no response from their side.

Terribly unsatisfied and disappointed by the services of the site.
