I had placed an order on Beautify Yourself website as a guest worth Rs 507 on Jan 10, 2021. Since I placed the order as a guest, not getting a confirmation message did not bother me at first. Then after 10 days I tried to reach the team Beautify by messaging them on Instagram, but an automated message came as a revert. Then I mailed these people, and since then, I haven't a word from them. It has been more than 1 and a half month since the order was placed, but no sign of them sending me my order or revert.
