Beautify Yourself — I didn't receive my order from beautify yourself

I have placed an order in beautify yourself on 20 May 2021 and it has been 2 months and I have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact them through Instagram and have written emails to them but they didn't reply to my messages and didn't revert to my emails. I even got a confirmation email from them.
