Beautify Yourself — I have been charged for my 2 orders but both time its showing payment pending

I have ordered things from instagramme page as beautifyyourself. Co. In/ as 2 tees rs 69 each and a top rs 79 on 27th april 2021 with order number #141618 and on 30 april two tees rs 69 each and top rs 100 with order number #143253, , , both days after completing details they redirected me to the payment page than i have done payment of rs 267for my order number 141618 and rs 288 for order number 143253 but both times after deduction of money from my account they are showing my orders as pending payment status, i have done with so many DM and emails but they are not responding, , , i want mu refund or the ordered stuff
