Beautify Yourself — I'm complaining against beautify yourself as they have taken money from me but didn't deliver it.

I have ordered 10 tops from this site on 7th june 2021, and have also paid for it but I didn't heard anything from them regarding my parcel.
I have also mailed them many a times, even shared my payment details then too didn't receive my parcel.
