Beautify Yourself — Not delivering the order since 45 days and not responding to mail as well

I have ordered 8 tops and paid for the order online(as they don't give cod option). its been 45 days and they have not delivered the order. also they don't respond to the mail or message on instagram.
i think it is a fraud company and they are just fooling around and taking money without delivering the order
