Beautify Yourself — Order is not being delivered neither refund is being initiated

I have ordered 3 items of worth Rs 1447 on November 13 .
It's been almost 2 months but there is no update on my order . I am chasing the customer care but they are not responding .
Please assist in getting my order delivered or refund . I am chasing them daily ant it is frustrated .
