Beautify Yourself — Payment back don't receive any confirmation message or email

I placed my order 2 tops on 20th aug made online payment also but I don't receive any kind of confirmation message and email they didn't reply me. My order is cancelled on same day when I make a online payment they says that your payment is pending. I want my order otherwise give me my money back as soon as possible.
