I saw the advertisement on facebook of bebocart for smart watch. I order for the same on 14 june 20 cod basis. I got the delivery on 18 june 20 and i paid the money. What got was not as per the advertisement which i saw, it was of very poor quality. I raise the complainant and request for return on 20 june 20 on their mail id. Their customers care no is also not in service. I got the reply from bebocart in which they asked me to send it back also ased me to send bank details. So i booked same on 23 june 20 which was delivered to them on on 25 june 20. Same i conveyed to them by mail. Till date i haven't got my money. Now they don't reply to my mails.
