Bebosy — item is defective, deficiency in service, missing information about the item shared, claimed quality not delivered

I purchased a dress worth ₹2600 (after discount) from BEBOSY and also paid extra for express delivery. Despite clearly communicating my requirements multiple times, the product I received had multiple quality issues. The fabric was extremely thin, glitter kept falling excessively, the stitching was uneven, the length was shorter than requested, and the colour was different from what I originally selected. I was also not provided with any bill or tax invoice, even after repeated reminders.

When I requested an exchange, the issues continued. The replacement dress still had the same defects, including incorrect length and glitter shedding. I was also asked to pay additional courier charges despite being told earlier that no extra charges would apply.

I repeatedly tried contacting the seller, but responses were delayed or unavailable, and the situation remained unresolved. This entire experience caused significant inconvenience, loss of time, and financial loss on my end.

I have now filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline under the Consumer Protection Act seeking a fair resolution and refund.

🚫 My honest advice: Please evaluate carefully before purchasing from BEBOSY. My experience with quality, communication, and service was not satisfactory.
