A deeply disappointing and emotionally exhausting experience.

I was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks when I came across their Instagram advertisement (@beinghealthbybhawana), which claimed that they could help people heal in just 3 weeks.

When I attended their one-to-one consultation, I was given even bigger assurances that I would recover within 10 weeks and would not need a psychologist or psychiatrist after completing their programme.

I was struggling mentally, looking for genuine help, and unfortunately, I trusted those promises. I paid ₹42, 000 for their 10-week programme.

But my actual experience was completely opposite to what their sales team had promised.

1. Misleading promises: Their Instagram advertisement and sales team create very high expectations about recovery, which my experience did not match at all.
2. Lack of accessibility: Once you join and pay, getting proper access to the team over the phone becomes extremely difficult. You cannot expect the kind of support you were led to believe you would receive.
3. Disappointing sessions: My experience with their psychologist, Shweta, was extremely disappointing. The sessions largely involved observing thoughts, labelling them and discussing them. I personally did not feel I was receiving the level of professional guidance or meaningful support I needed.
4. Sales versus actual service: Their sales team makes big promises before payment, but the actual experience after joining was nowhere close to those assurances.

My biggest concern is that they are dealing with people who are already emotionally vulnerable. Someone suffering from anxiety or panic attacks is not simply buying a regular course. They are looking for hope, relief and a way to get their life back.

Taking ₹42, 000 from someone by creating expectations of recovery is a serious responsibility.

Bhawana Yadav, as the person behind this organisation, should understand that mental health is not a business where you can make attractive recovery promises to close sales and then leave customers disappointed.

People suffering from anxiety need genuine professional help, not unrealistic promises and disappointing experiences.

I regret trusting their marketing and spending ₹42, 000 on this programme. I genuinely hope others do proper research before making the same decision.

Please remember: When someone is struggling with their mental health, their hope should never become a sales opportunity.
