I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the inadequate and negligent emergency services provided to my wife at Believers Church Medical College Hospital on 27 December 2023 early morning. Despite the premium charges, there were no experienced doctors available, and the nursing staff failed to competently insert a cannula, causing severe discomfort and bruising to my wife. The reception and lobby were full with bystanders sleeping over the sitting places, just like a typical government hospital. Furthermore, the hospital failed to provide any medical reports for the tests conducted, including X-rays and ECGs, compromising our ability to make informed decisions. This experience not only reflects poorly on the hospital's commitment to quality healthcare but also suggests a systemic issue that needs immediate attention and rectification.
