Dear Sir/Mam,
My Name is Rahul Kumar. I need to make a complain for a frame which i purchased from an optical store 'OPTIX' which is in Center for Sight, Vikaspuri Center, New-Delhi.
After consulting with the doctor i decided to purchase a new frame as my power had changed. I went to that outlet and purchased a frame from Ben Franklin brand. They said that this frame covers a warranty of 6 months and it would replaced free of cost if the frame is accidently broken or damaged. Unfortunately my frame got broken when i was returning home on friday night via metro due to rush. My frame fell down and one glass was totally damaged and the other one was ok. When i called them up they said that they would replace the glass and the frame. When today i went there to their outlet in Center for Sight, Vikaspuri they said that they would charge me 50% of the total amount. When reminded them of their warranty status they said that they wont be able to replace and also told me to do whatever i wish to. I had no other option than to complain here. I have seen these things on television about Delhi and now i am seeing it.
Sir/Mam i request you all to please help me to exchange my glasses or help me to get my money back.I am having too much trouble with my eyes once my power got changed.
