Subject: Legal Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Benelli Kukatpally Service Centre, Hyderabad

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the service provided by the Benelli Service Centre located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Due to persistent low pickup issues with my bike, I had taken it to the aforementioned service centre. Over the past two years, I have had to replace the entire clutch plate twice, and now I am facing the same issue again. Upon returning to the service centre, I was informed — yet again — that the clutch plates need to be replaced.

I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of service and the repeated failure of the same component within such a short period. I have already spent nearly ₹40, 000 over the last two years just for clutch plate replacements.

I suspect that the service centre may not be replacing the full clutch assembly as claimed, and might instead be changing only a few parts while charging for the entire replacement.

I would like this to be treated as a formal and legal complaint against the service centre for poor service and potentially misleading or fraudulent practices. I request a thorough investigation and a genuine, transparent explanation of the work being done on my vehicle.

Please acknowledge this complaint and let me know the next steps to proceed legally if necessary.
