Purchased a Garnd I10 Nios Car on December 2020 from BengalnHyundai Rajarhat Dealer Kolkata. I was promised by the Sales personnel mr Sayan Roy that I will receive my Smart Card through them within 6 months of purchase of car. It has now been almost 17 months, but still have not got my Smart Card. On repeated follow up I have been told like once they receive the card they will inform me.
I am highly disappointed with such kind of services from Bengal Hyundai.
