Bengaluru Metro — Inadequate Public Toilet Facilities at Nadaparabhu Kempegowda Metro Station, Majestic

I am writing to bring to your attention the inadequate public toilet facilities at Majestic Metro Station, one of the busiest and most crowded metro stations in the city.

Despite the large number of passengers using the station every day, there are only two public toilets available. This is far from sufficient to meet the needs of commuters, especially during peak hours. The lack of adequate restroom facilities leads to long queues, inconvenience, and discomfort for passengers, including senior citizens, women, children, and people with disabilities.

I kindly request that the concerned authorities assess the current situation and take immediate steps to increase the number of public toilets at the station. Providing adequate and well-maintained restroom facilities is essential for ensuring passenger comfort, hygiene, and a better commuting experience.

I hope this issue will be given due consideration and that appropriate action will be taken at the earliest.
