Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrongful Traffic Fine for Alleged Non-Wearing of Helmet
I wish to lodge a complaint regarding an incorrect traffic fine that was issued against me for allegedly not wearing a helmet.
On the date of the incident, both the rider and the pillion rider were wearing properly fastened helmets while traveling. However, I received a traffic challan stating that the helmet was not worn. This allegation is factually incorrect.
The fine has been issued due to an apparent error, and I request that the evidence associated with the challan (such as CCTV footage or camera images) be reviewed. Upon verification, it should be clear that both individuals were wearing helmets at the time.
I respectfully request that:
1. The incorrect traffic challan be reviewed.
2. The wrongful fine be cancelled.
3. Any amount already paid, if applicable, be refunded.
