Benihana (MOA) — Unacceptable everything for the money

Our service was horrible! We had to keep reminding the waiter of things we ordered and to refill our glasses. For starters we had to return our sushi because it looked like it had sat out to dry and the fish had a funny color to it. Second ~ my rice was hard and tasted stale like it was a few days old and reheated. Third ~ (I ordered the Ocean Treasure- lobster tail, colossal shrimp and scallops) I did not eat anything off my plate until the chef was finished cooking so I could mix the cooked items together like a stir fry. When everything was finish I had maybe a cup of food that barely covered the bottom of my plate. When I asked if that was it for $40 the waiter just said that is what I ordered and that is what I get. The salad (dressing was grainy), Miso soup(was good) and rice(dry and stale) were include too he said which I understand, but I can buy a whole lot of that for that much money. I went for the Entrée not to pay a lot of money for the fixings before hand. The Ocean Treasure says you get a lobster tail ( I got 3 small pieces) colossal shrimp (I got 4 med - lg shrimp cut in halve) and scallops(I got 4 very small scallops that were rubbery). There was absolutely no flavor to the food and all the seafood was way over cooked. The veggies were pathetic. I left and was not even full. When I frequent similar places I am stuffed and have enough left overs for another 1-2 meals. There was not anything left to take home and we didn't even get satisfied with the food we were served. I will NEVER give my money the this place again. This was the worst experience I have ever had when eating at a place like this. I DEFINETELY will keep giving all my future business to Akita or Osaka which we frequent quite often!!!
