Have a EV bike model Benling Aura purchased on 01 Feb 22 from DSP Electricals LLP, Margao, South goa. The battery of bike have 03 years warranty from date of purchase as per company norms. I observed that, the battery is not giving milage and it is giving only 20 KM of milage as of 120 KM in full charge. Then the Battery is hand overed to DSP Electricals on 14 May 24 for repairing or exchange of new battery. To till date I have not received my battery and there is no response from company and dealer.
