1. having gone through advertisement by Artha Properties and Times Group on News paper. I booked and bought a villa at rtha Grihastha layout, next to Christ Collage

2. I have taken home loan from SBI and till date (4/26/2021) paying EMI
3. They handed over my individual villa on May 20215
4.2015 I come to know that the Promotoer and Devloper has enchroached Govt Land, and DC kolar has filed a case, and also published demolition order.
5. Developer/Artha Properties anaged to get stay order from HC
6. Case at KAT
7. Developer some how engaged couple of owners and handed over the maintenance to them
8. Project is incomplete till date 26 April 2021. Court case open, mall Multiplex not completed etc.
7. Promoter and Developer not given OC and NOC till date 26 April 2021
8. Due to all of the issues I am going through a huge mental torture. I strongly feel I am being cheated by this big complany Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited and its assotiate Artha Properties. I am not able to sell my property, the value is total zero. With the loan colossing my total actual investment is 85 lakks. But today no one will buy the property.
Kindly help me to get justice Sir.
I am lookign for refund and compensation for all the mental agony I am going through past 4 years. All documents are available as proofs.
