I'm one of the person who had spoiled my career by choosing this company. But i'm the happiest man now. I had 4 years of experience and joined there, but lot of rules which is only for the employees and not for jaldras. If you take your mobile just to see time, there is a warning, If you come 5 mins late that will be deducted from salary but if you work 5 hours extra, that is because of your slowness Every month they will conduct a staff meeting, but i never never seen any person talked in the meeting, only the owner will talk for one hour and that TOO not about the company or what is happening or what is future plan, prising their own. we are super man. like that. LOL... you can go out for lunch but that is also will be commented in staff meeting, like "I have seen people roaming in the road without working".. You must use IM Chat application and must must enable logging, and they will watch it every day. You should n't at all speak with other employees. ... etc etc.. there are lot of things to discuss but d't want to bore you. just some important things below This is how my life changed. I couldn't tolerate their behaviour so i quit without getting any document and decided first i must come out and after two months started my own software project work, now i'm earning in millions per year.. Oh god, thank you so much Beracahsoft. 100% truly if you give me proper salary and documents, i would have been a salaried person in any MNC and had a robot life, but now i'm a free bird doing whatever i wish that too with lot of money. Its all because of the lesson you gave :) umma If you see the good comments about the company, carefully read those guys. Everyone is same and their english pronounsation is same and they mention same like management supported well in BG verification - i'm working in other company, and i got cheque and credited in same day... all same story. this is just their own play. You can better be unemployed rather than joining these kind of company. Its better to choose less group people company like this but read carefullly about the history and complaints and what the ex-workers say. And girls be careful [protected] There was a person JASPER his full time job is correcting you. If you could manage how then no problem otherwise big problem. And they deduct about 20% of your salary every month and say will give it at the time of relieving. This is just to keep you under control just incase if you escape between without informing. and after proper relieve you will get a posted date cheque and this is because to get support from you incase of any error that occur on projects you worked on. wow.. that is very brillient thing I learnt. If you dn't be under control then you wn't get any documents. A small story about them. [protected]---- Jasper and john are the partners jasper corrected a girl and there were night shift for that girl sometimes and jasper will stay with her and drop at her home this is good care, i didn't say anything wrong. But john suddenly fighted with jasper and thrown him out of the company and dismissed those two girls, i d't want to say the full story :(. And Mala HR [protected] .. oh god, she might be the only HR who doesn't complete a full degree. Her qualification is 12th actually and did a bachelor degree parttime and joined as Human Resource... he he he.. I will say she is watch-women, because that is what she did all time watching employees and reporting. she is also no more there. About fresher recruitment [protected]----- Oh man do you have 50, 000 and a degree? Then you are eligible to join. no need any interview. actually there is no vacant, but they will recruit 10 people and invest that 5LAKH (50000 from each person) after 3 months if there is a potential candidate they will keep them and throw others to dustbin, and give a posted date cheque that too if you keep quiet. you have to go police station incase if you want to ask any question. and in that three month you wn't get any training, daily 1 hour any seniour will come and tell what to study, and 10, 000 fee for that. so balance 40, 000 you will get . (may or maynot) ha ha..and finally anyone can become team leader or manager there even with 6 months experience. I can even write a book bcoz each and every day i had that much lesson. Yes i'm afraid to say my name here. because my friends are working there still, so i will be anonymous but my words are true. I'm not an opponent company to give false company, just sharing what is happening.
