I want to file a complaint against Berkowits regarding poor service, non-availability of appointments, and refusal to process my refund.
I had taken a laser treatment package from their clinic and already paid an advance amount of ?30, 000. Initially, the laser treatment was showing good results. However, for the last 1.5 months, I have been continuously trying to book my sessions, but I am unable to get any appointment.
Whenever I call their team, they disconnect the call saying that they will arrange a callback within 10 minutes, but no proper response or appointment is provided afterward. Due to this delay and negligence, my treatment has been interrupted, and now my condition has gone back to square one.
Despite repeated follow-ups, neither are they providing my pending laser sessions nor are they issuing my refund. This has caused me mental stress, inconvenience, and financial loss.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly look into this matter and help me in getting either:
Immediate continuation of my treatment with proper appointments, or
Full refund of my paid amount of ?30, 000.
I also request appropriate action against the company for deficiency in service and harassment caused to customers.
