Berlin Fab — Ordered items from Berlin Fab but no confirmation or update

Hi,

I ordered few items from berlin fab website. Payment also done. But I did not receive any order confirmation over email or sms.

I mailed them asking for update ([protected]@gmail.com) and also tried contacting over phone[protected] to the contacts provided in their website. But no response anywhere.

This looks like a fake website. Kindly help me in getting my money back.
