Bescomrural — Payment not credited BESCOMRural

I have made a payment of Rs.394 on 20.10.2020 @ 16.22.15 vide transaction ID VHMP[protected] AND Transaction reference number 67172779, the connection ID of BESCOMRural is 3090945, but the payment has not been credited to BESCOMRURAL. Verified in the respective office. Kindly refund the amount to my bank account number.
