Best & Crompton — poor service under warranty

On 18th May, 2024, my crompton BLDC energion 1200 mm fan stopped working and then I approached to their service request by toll free number and whatsapp chat. Request was raised. A contact number was given. I called but no response. Suddenly received a message that my ticket had been cancelled. Next day, I again raised a query. In the afternoon, they called and asked for warranty card of the fan. I gave them. They told that they would send someone very next day. Day passed. None appeared. I raised query again. Yesterday, someone called me and asked for the photos of the fan. I had sent him. Then in the afternoon, I had called the man and he responded that he would come in an hour. But he didn't show up. Today, in the morning, I received a message that my query has been cancelled.

Pathetic.
