I got into this site - https://bestandroidwatches.in from facebook and have brought a smart watch for 2100 inr. After opening the box i found that the product is a used one and the battery is bulged/swollen and once i insert the sim it is not responding.
On observing this, i thought of returning the product and tried to contact the customer care through email and toll free number multiple time (Min 30 calls) to the number mentioned in the site, but none of my mails are none of my calls are accepted.
With this i'm really worried what to do with the faulty product and became skeptical with such online frauds. I would expect the team to return my money as i wish to return the faulty piece.
