I purchased the VW OptimaX 43" QLED Smart TV via Flipkart (Order ID OD[protected] on 11 June 2026. The Wi-Fi adapter was dead out of the box (MAC address stuck at 00:00:00:00:00:00) — completely unusable for anyone without cable/D2H.
I tried returning it through Flipkart — every request was cancelled. I contacted VW/Beston Skyvision support directly (Ticket TN[protected]), and for over a month, they kept repeating the same script: "technician will visit soon." No one ever came.
I sent a formal legal notice on 21 July 2026 demanding a refund. They replied with the exact same fake promise, word for word, completely ignoring the legal notice. This is not a one-off mistake — it's a pattern of dishonest customer support. I am now escalating this to the Consumer Commission since the company only responds when forced to.
If you're considering a VW/Visio World TV, be warned — there is no real support behind their warranty.
