Have been facing issues with the washing machine, which we bought from Amazon. Amazon support is of absolute no use; Beston keeps on providing fake promises. We reached out to the consumer helpline but got the same response.
They even lied; a technician came and had to return because no one responded when our watchman said no one came inquiring. They keep on giving fake promises and lying.
The washing machine was bought in December 2025, and it stopped working within 2-3 weeks. After which we lodged a complaint with Amazon in vain. Later we reached out to Beston Sky itself, and they kept on providing fake promises. It's the end of July 2026, and not a single positive movement has been made from their end.
