In facebook came across an advertisement for cloths, proceeded to buy and ordered shirts (Looked like jeans pattern) and chose cod.
Got delivered and i paid 1000rs, but the items are of worst quality and was not what was shown in advertisement.
I contacted them via their website https://bestylishforever.com/, they replied back gently saying the issue is being looked on. There is no update the next two days, i replied back to the mail on status, again i got same reply ie issue is being looked on.
Now its been more than a week yet no update from them.
