Would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-payment of my Full & Final (F&F) settlement along with pending event-related dues by the concerned organization.
Despite repeated follow-ups through more than 300 emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages over an extended period, my payments remain unpaid. I have consistently reached out to the HR department, but my requests have been ignored or delayed without any valid justification.
Additionally, there has been significant instability within the HR team, with 3–4 HR Heads being replaced within a short span, which has further contributed to the lack of accountability and resolution.
In my last communication, I spoke with Mr. Satender from the HR team, who assured me that all my dues would be cleared within 10 working days. However, despite this commitment, no action has been taken, and my payments are still pending.
As per my calculation, a total amount of ₹2, 12, 000 (Rupees Two Lakh Twelve Thousand Only) is pending towards my Full & Final settlement and event-related dues.
This ongoing delay has caused me financial stress and inconvenience. Such unprofessional conduct and negligence are unacceptable.
I request the concerned authority to:
Initiate immediate action against the organization.
Ensure prompt release of my pending amount of ₹2, 12, 000 along with any applicable interest for the delay.
Take necessary steps to prevent such harassment in the future.
I have all supporting documents, including communication records, which can be provided upon request.
Kindly do the needful and help resolve this matter at the earliest.
