Dear Grievance Redressal,
This is to inform you that there is this Dating App called Better Half on which I had spoken to one of their sales person who informed me about the pricing structure on the premium plan and I asked her about profiles to be shown. I paid INR 2500 for a Lifetime Plan which is the highest category plan on the app. Once my account was activated, I was only shown 3-10 profiles per day and they started showing limited profiles and not all profiles. In fact, their Sales person as you can see in the proof told me that offer is limited time but there is no where mentioned in the chat about the number of recommendations that they will show. This is misleading. They should tell us about limited number of profiles. But they did not tell us and made me pay for the Lifetime plan INR 2500 - which is misleading. There is no where mentioned in the proof attached that limited number of profiles will be shown to me. It is only mentioned that recommendations will be given but misleading by not mentioning it clearly.
I raised a complaint and this fellow called Tejas and Mogana are telling "whatever you want is not possible". Then why the hell the Sales person did not inform me before paying the plan that you will be shown limited profiles everyday. This is so misleading. After taking the payment Mogana and Tejas are being arrogant and rude and not giving my money back. Tejas also said that some profiles will not match your location and language when why should I use their services? It has just been 48 hours (since 30 april 2022) that I am reporting this and not even used the App. This is too misleading. I should have been told before that there will be limited recommendations per day. Now when Tejas is telling "it is not possible and some profiles will not match" - I want my refund.
I want my refund back of INR 2500 further to which I am going to High court to take this claim against misleading corruption and not explained before buying the same. Kindly refund INR 2500 of my plan and I want the refund to the earliest. If Tejas on his email has made an official statement that "whatever you want is not possible and also some profiles will not match" then I want the refund - as simple as that. I will fight this case for 1 year but not leave this at all. Ask them to show me 1 proof where they have mentioned there will be limited number of profiles shown to me everyday. The sales person chat I have and there is no where mentioned in the chat there limited profiles will be shown and they have also not mentioned that some profiles will not match just now Tejas emailed me after paying. And then she told me today is the last day for offer and made me pay the amount without giving right information.
I want my Refund of INR 2500 for Misleading & Manipulation.
