Beyong — Issue in the refund

Bought 3 item from your site with Order no:-2870659 dated on 20 May 2023 one item I refunded i.e. Navy Blue Pyjama For Men now waiting from my refund and I talked with one of your support team member and said they initiated the refund on 6th May 2023 but till date I'm not receiving the money also I checked with my bank for the same they said we can't check 3rd party details if something is debited from my account and not received in vendor account they can look into that issue here they are not able to help me out. It means your bank will confirm why my payment is not credited in my account
