Refund not received

I had ordered one jogger from beyoung and i returned it on the same day i.e, on 31/01/2023 but till now I didn't receive my refund its been 17 days now. Nobody is responding properly from the company side . They are just saying that they have transferred the money and can't do anything. Please help me. It amount to 998 Rs....

Sir, I had placed an online order through Beyoung consisting of 2 cargo joggers on 16.10.2023 at 08:26 AM.
Even mail regarding successful payment came but the order summary doesn’t reflect the same. Moreover same items are there in my cart and app prompts me to complete the payment.
The same issue was raised to seller and they denied of getting any such order. I have confirmed with bank that the payment is successful.
Now for past one week I have been informed that my money will be sent back but there is no action yet.
Beyoung customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have placed an order on 28th August 2023 for a pack of 3 polo t-shirts combo.
      I have used the Cred Pay option for payment during checkout and used my credit card on Cred Pay.
      The amount of 1299 has been deducted from my credit card and is being reflected on Cred Pay as well as my credit card app but the order was not placed due to some reason on their site and also there was no order ID generation.
      I have tried mailing the customer support of Beyoung but the company is not responding to it. There's no other way to connect to them.
      Beyoung customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        For the first time I purchased clothes from beyoung.in and the experience was horrible. They are providing low quality products and not accepting return even if return is applicable. There is no customer care number where we can contact. This is totally a fraud company.

          I've ordered 4 XL size plain t-shirts which was way too big then the normal XL size so I've exchanged it with L size which I was expecting smaller but it was the same as XL, there was not such difference and the main concern is poor quality of the T-shirts. It is not at all up to the mark and not even just similar to the picture as shown in the website. I want to return the product and wants refund for the same. Kindly provide me the solution on call and do not close the ticket with resolve it, customer care executive and their service is so pathetic that they are blocking my calls and not even answering about it. It's company's fault that they have delivered bad quality products. I do not want to exchange or return i want refund only. So many times i have raised the ticket and mails as well but there is no response at all

            I have ordered some clothes on dated-13.08.2023.amount was deducted from my credit card.but order was not placed.and order I'd is not generated..I have complained on mail and helpdesk in company website, but there is no any response from company side..even every time it shows we r offline.

                    It has been more than 8 days since I ordered the product. I.e. 2 white plain T-shirts and 1 printed T-shirts. And I got the same messages everyday for these 8 days which says " your ordered has been packed" but no progress
                    And the expected delivery time is 3 to 4 days.
                    I raised my issue through email and help chat but I didn't get any effective response from the company.

                        I placed an order on 14th July 2023 and the expected delivery date was 22nd July 2023 and the order is still not delivered.
                        The shiprocket notifications continuously send a message of order packed but no shipping details.
                        On talking to the CC over chat it was told 1 item is out of stock but it wasn't the case when I placed the order

                          Placed an order from here, already paid in full. Was told to expect a 7 day delivery time. Checked the tracking ID of the order after 7 days, and the order is yet to be even shipped, and the expected delivery date keeps getting delayed day after day. My order ID is 3109256 would like an answer on when I should be receiving this order, or at least get issued a full refund.
                          I am leaving city for next one year and I have to just come back to collect those shirts

                                I have ordered products worth 1746 . Delivery was so late it take almost 10 days. After receiving the products I tried but there was fitting issue and Quality was no up to mark so I decided to return. I contact them through chat and told me that they will call me but it's been more then 13 hours no one call me and now they don't even chat also.. please look after the matter
