    I complain a lot of times but they show them resolved always but my matter is not resolved yet..they are misusing the platform and doing FRAUD against customer
    suggest all my known not using this sites

    at every platform i suggest people to unfollow beyoung and not order

            I contacted support more than 10 times on app and I recieved the call but no one was speaking and when I called back the same number no one is picking it up and disconnecting it. I also have the call recordings and I also tried mailing and tweeting but haven't received any support yet

                I have returned the order as the size was quite large and product quality was poor. When I try return from app. I start help chat Then one girl called me saying I am calling from beyoung.You want to return the product. I said yes.Then she said okay we have initiated the return request.
                Then they received the product but didn't initiated the return amount. They are also not picking the call not responding on app.

                      Return and refund

                      Courier company is not taking return as beyoung company is not sending return label.its been more than 2 days.After getting calls also no one has taken trousers back and refund not initiated.

                          I ordered 2 times from beyoung 2 items each order. I did not like the quality. I requested so many times for return, but somehow someone replied and I returned their products on 2nd Marcb. But it has been 2 days that my amount has not been refunded.

                              31 December ko beyoung ko return product receive ho gya tha waha se call aaya ke within in 15 days refund mil jayga aaj 30 January ho chuke hai koi refund nahi mila contact team ko message karo to koi reply nahi deta
                              Email par baat karo to har baar 2-3 din Bol kar taal dete hai Pls REFUND MY MONEY ASP🙏🙂

                                    Beyoung Doesn't have any mechanism to return the product

                                    It has been mentioned in their return policy that the purchased item can be returned within 15 days but there is no mechanism provided on their app or site to return the purchased products. No one is available from the customer care to answers in the customer chat for the raised ticket and when we go back the ticket gets closed automatically.

                                    They have not mentioned the customer care number in their app or site anywhere....
