On 12 April 2023.
I ordered a combo tshirt (1099/-)
One oversized tshirt (549/-)
And one denim shirt (998/-)

The order was delivered on 17 April 2023
And the products quality were not good.
So I returned all the products within 24hr

(followed all terms and conditions took photos and videos of product while returning to the delivery boy)

Today is 27 April no refund was initiated yet and every time fake promises were given when I chat or talk to the customer support (like in 2-3 days refund will be initiated)

Please help me I am being fraud.
It's about 2546/-

    17 April 20203 all the products was delivered.
    And product quality was not good at all so I returned the products.

    I returned those items in 24hr.
    And my refund is not being interested yet.
    Every time fake promises was given (2-3 days refund will be interested)

    Today it is 27 April and now they are not ready to reply no customer support to response me..

    Please help me it's about 2546/- and I am being fraud.

      I ordered 3 cargo joggers form this website (Order number 2715861) on 19th april 2023 of medium size. However the length of them is a bit small. So I have been trying to exchange them but there is no response and no agent is respoding. There policy clearly states that I can exchangge or return them within 15 days and I am trying to exchange them on same day of delivery(24th April, 2023).

        I had to cancel the order just 2 hours after I placed the order due to some reasons. The item has even not left the warehouse still the refund will take 8-9 working days ? Even IRCTC provides refund in 2-3 days. Also their agents are not present all the time neither they can handle costomers. Worst experience at all.

          I have ordered a pair of joggers for beyoung. Order no is 2731344. I tried a lot of ways to cancel the order and get a refund but there is no response from their side. Neither their agents are available to talk and sort things.

              I complain a lot of times but they show them resolved always but my matter is not resolved yet..they are misusing the platform and doing FRAUD against customer
              suggest all my known not using this sites

              at every platform i suggest people to unfollow beyoung and not order

                      I contacted support more than 10 times on app and I recieved the call but no one was speaking and when I called back the same number no one is picking it up and disconnecting it. I also have the call recordings and I also tried mailing and tweeting but haven't received any support yet

                          I have returned the order as the size was quite large and product quality was poor. When I try return from app. I start help chat Then one girl called me saying I am calling from beyoung.You want to return the product. I said yes.Then she said okay we have initiated the return request.
                          Then they received the product but didn't initiated the return amount. They are also not picking the call not responding on app.

                                Return and refund

                                Courier company is not taking return as beyoung company is not sending return label.its been more than 2 days.After getting calls also no one has taken trousers back and refund not initiated.

                                    I ordered 2 times from beyoung 2 items each order. I did not like the quality. I requested so many times for return, but somehow someone replied and I returned their products on 2nd Marcb. But it has been 2 days that my amount has not been refunded.
