    I have returned the order as the size was quite large and product quality was poor. When I try return from app. I start help chat Then one girl called me saying I am calling from beyoung.You want to return the product. I said yes.Then she said okay we have initiated the return request.
    Then they received the product but didn't initiated the return amount. They are also not picking the call not responding on app.

              I ordered 2 times from beyoung 2 items each order. I did not like the quality. I requested so many times for return, but somehow someone replied and I returned their products on 2nd Marcb. But it has been 2 days that my amount has not been refunded.
              I want to have my money back. I have attached order snips.

                          It has been mentioned in their return policy that the purchased item can be returned within 15 days but there is no mechanism provided on their app or site to return the purchased products. No one is available from the customer care to answers in the customer chat for the raised ticket and when we go back the ticket gets closed automatically.

                          They have not mentioned the customer care number in their app or site anywhere.

                            I had Ordered a cargos form there website on site the product looked good fitting and quality also looked good on the website, but upon receving the product i noticed it was very different quality was bad to even fitting was not good so i returned the product and asked for refund its been 10 days now there is no refund they said it will take 7 days but no update upon asking again they said it will take 2 days but no refund yet also there is no proper ways to contact them no customer care center...overall i hve had a bad experience ...main issue is product qauilty is cheap

                              I have ordered a cargo from beyoung on site the product looked good fitting and everything looked nice but upon receiving the product i noticed the quality and size were not exactly as mentioned. so i returned the product and iasked fr refund its beem more then 10 days no i havnet received any update from the company, on support centre the bot says you will get the refund in 7 days then upon asking again it said 2 days but i hvnt received my refund yet to much of delay no proper way to contact no customer care centre ... for the given price the product are of cheap quality highy disappointed

                                I bought 4 shirts from BeYoung.in on september 26, 2022.
                                I received delivery on October 3, 2022.
                                The shirts didn't fit me so i requested a refund.
                                And the package was picked by courier agent on October 5, 2022.
                                After almost 5-6 of no update i contacted customer support and they told me they have received the package and will process my refund by my preferred mode of payment within 5-6 days.
                                And again within 20 days.
                                Then agin 3-4 days.
                                And till date it's been almost 35 days and no refund they are telling me I will eventually get my money back.

                                        I ordered Tshirts on 16 June 2022 and have not received any shipment tracking details yet. The tracking on your website shows “order placed successfully” but not shipped yet. I am flying overseas and ordered these Tshirts for my travel. Waste of my time and money if I don’t receive them before 29 June. I even Emailed but no response. Infact a few days later I received an Email saying “ due to some transportation issue services are held down on your Pin-code which is causing delay.” utterly false. What is that even suppose to mean. I shop very frequently on different platforms never had this issue.
