It all started in April 2022, i have ordered Tshirt and shirt and due to size issue, I have asked for return process the same on April 20th...They did not provide the return as they told you may send it to us we will repay...iI have couriered Order 1456432 through DTDC and asked to initiate the payment. they confirmed that they received the product.
Till today June 22nd they have not returned the payment yet, when asked they told that its already paid on April 30th, i have shared my Bank statement aswell...no response from them yet...not sure who can help me on this when i ask them to send me their Manager/director number who leads this team...they send me the customer care number...when i call the number its always busy.
