I had purchased 3 polo shirts, from there website beyoung.com.
The website mentions that if you don't like the product, you can return it and no questions will be asked.
The product they showed on the website is different from what I received.
Now, when I tried to return, first of all there no Option on the website to place a return request, you can send your request through whatsapp on which I never get any reply. There is no customer support contact No.
Above all you wont get the refund, they will credit your money in their wallet which you have to use in future purchase, How can they compell a customer to again buy from their website, when their first experience is so bad Was this information helpful? |
